How to avoid the LCD be polarized?

After the liquid crystal of the display screen is polarized, the liquid crystal molecules will temporarily lose certain optical rotation characteristics. Under the normal driving positive voltage and negative voltage, the deflection angles of the liquid crystal molecules of the same pixel are inconsistent, resulting in the same pixel in the previous frame (positive voltage) It is inconsistent with the brightness displayed in the next frame (negative voltage).

Liquid crystal polarization improvement scheme:

1.In FPC design, use 2.2uF, 25V for the capacitors of VGH, VGH 1, and VGH 2 pins to increase the discharge time and reduce the risk of residual charge;

2.The power-off sequence of the fixture and the main board of the whole machine meets the IC power-off specification;

(Refer to IC specifications for different models)

3.Power off sequence Spec: AVEE(VSN)->AVDD(VSP)->VDDI(IOVCC);

4.Power off sequence Spec: VCI->IOVCC

3. The battery of the mobile phone adopts a non-removable battery to prevent abnormal power loss of the whole machine;

4. The FPC copper leakage is in full contact with the motherboard GND;

. Be sure to review all actions from design to screen off (including directly pulling out the USB cable when the device is not powered on)
